dsh-relay: DSH Host-Level Request Relay Plugin

dsh-relay is a host-level plugin designed to handle approval and question requests for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) remotely via external channels such as iMessage, Email, or WeChat. The plugin supports natural-language replies, CLI operations, and cross-session sharing, allowing users to view pending tasks, approve or reject requests, or answer questions. After installation, it requires configuring the local profile file and meeting the security and permission requirements for each channel (such as Full Disk Access on macOS, WeChat being disabled by default, and whitelist settings).
